The Graham
1906 Grade 280
Matt and I have known each other for a long time (22 years).
I remember him explaining (in college) how he was making great money designing websites and that I could too if I learned how to program them.
It took a couple years but I did and it turned out to be something that I love to this day.
Hopefully this 1906 South Bend will be something he can love for a couple decades as I have programming.
The Graham is the second most beautiful South Bend that has passed through my hands. What a dial.
