It says Watch Star Case Company Stellar serial number 1524442.
I bought this mostly for the case in hopes that I could move one of my better movements into it but the dial is so sweet I may leave it as is. I'd pay good money to get rid of the chip near 6 o'clock. But that isn't how 100 year old watches work.
