The Movement

Note the "blued" screws and regulator that take this movement to the next level. The thermal treatment that creates this stunning effect was completed by Frett Clockworks.

The original dial

I actually did a dial swap for this one. I try to avoid that, but the new owner really wanted the scripty South Bend font (that is more akin to our current logo) verse the more plain South Bend typeface that the original had. Luckily the "surgery" went off without a hitch.

Replacing the hour hand

Beautiful fancy dial with gold hands. Freshly serviced and keeping nearly perfect time. The movement has been refinished with vibrant blue accents. The accents were created through thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron based components.

The silver case color tones down the fancy dial for those who like a little fancy but don't want to go crazy.
